How UCSA is organized
UCSA operates as a membership-based non-profit association. Governance documents will be published as they are ratified.

The association is led by a board responsible for strategic direction and fiduciary oversight. Day-to-day operations are coordinated by an executive secretariat.
Working groups develop standards, education programmes, and research outputs under charters approved by governance. Members may participate in working groups subject to capacity and eligibility criteria defined in association bylaws.
Voting rights, meeting procedures, and officer appointments follow bylaws that will be published on the transparency page when finalized.
