What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional organization name, inquiry category, and message content. Newsletter sign-ups collect email addresses only when that feature is connected to a mailing provider.
How we use data
Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of correspondence. We do not sell personal data. Analytics and chat tools may be enabled in future site versions with appropriate consent mechanisms.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. Applicable data protection law includes Georgian legislation and, where relevant, GDPR for individuals in the European Economic Area.

The regulation defines professional, ethical, and conduct standards for members of the United Cybersecurity Association of Georgia (UCSA).
